Quran Verses About Strength (القوة)

وَلَا تَهِنُوا۟ وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا۟ وَأَنتُمُ ٱلْأَعْلَوْنَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ

Wa laa tahinoo wa laa tahzanoo wa antumul a'lawna in kuntum mu'mineen

So do not weaken and do not grieve, and you will be superior if you are true believers.

You are on top - don't let circumstances make you feel otherwise.

لَا يُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا

Laa yukalliful-laahu nafsan illaa wus'ahaa

Allah does not charge a soul except with that within its capacity.

If you're going through it, Allah knows you can handle it.

فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

Fa inna ma'al usri yusra

For indeed, with hardship will be ease.

Ease is embedded WITHIN hardship - not after it, but alongside it.

وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَلَا تَنَٰزَعُوا۟ فَتَفْشَلُوا۟ وَتَذْهَبَ رِيحُكُمْ ۖ وَٱصْبِرُوٓا۟

Wa atee'ul laaha wa Rasoolahoo wa laa tanaaza'oo fatafshaloo wa tazhaba reehukum wasbiroo

And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not dispute and thus lose courage and then your strength would depart; and be patient.

Unity preserves strength - division destroys it.

وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُۥٓ

wa many yatawakkal 'alal laahi fahuwa husbuh

And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him.

Tawakkul - trust in Allah - is the ultimate source of strength.

أَلَا بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ ٱلْقُلُوبُ

alaa bizikril laahi tatma'innul quloob

Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured.

Dhikr brings peace and inner strength when the world feels overwhelming.

إِنَّا لَنَنصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا

Innaa lanansuru Rusulanaa wallazeena aamanoo fil hayaatid dunyaa

Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world.

Allah's support is promised - in this world, not just the next.

وَجَٰهِدُوا۟ فِى ٱللَّهِ حَقَّ جِهَادِهِۦ ۚ هُوَ ٱجْتَبَىٰكُمْ

Wa jaahidoo fil laahi haqqa jihaadih; Huwaj tabaakum

And strive for Allah with the striving due to Him. He has chosen you.

You were CHOSEN - Allah selected you for this mission. Rise to it.

فَلَا تَهِنُوا۟ وَتَدْعُوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱلسَّلْمِ وَأَنتُمُ ٱلْأَعْلَوْنَ وَٱللَّهُ مَعَكُمْ

Falaa tahinoo wa tad'ooo ilas salmi wa antumul a'lawna wallaahu ma'akum

So do not weaken and call for peace while you are superior; and Allah is with you.

Allah is WITH you - the Creator of the universe is on your side.
